The Worship Academy is a year long programme of investment in young worship leaders helping them to develop their own spiritual lives as they seek to lead others in worship. Participants will be involved in residential with guest speakers, one to one mentoring sessions that will seek to help develop their ability in leading worship but also seek to support their spiritual development. There will also be monthly gatherings where they will work together to lead worship in a church setting.
